You can return or exchange the item within 14 days of delivery if it does not meet your expectations.

All you need to do is send us an email to within this period, stating your order number and the items you wish to return.

Please understand that we can no longer consider the revocation after this period has expired.

With the POST app, you can conveniently track your order, change the delivery location if necessary or give your consent for your parcel to be left with your neighbor.

Paypal, ApplePay, GooglePay, credit card, EPS, direct debit and purchase on account (only for corporate customers).

For parcels within Austria, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 11.44 euros for orders under 59.90 euros.

For parcels within Germany, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 25.22 euros for orders under 54 euros.

As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be dispatched as quickly as possible. As a rule, the parcel will be with you within 1-3 working days.

That’s no problem: you have the option of entering a different billing or delivery address during the ordering process.

All shipments are insured up to a value of 500 euros. You can find out more about the shipping conditions here.

Orders in our store can currently only be shipped to Austria and Germany.
